The Free HelpDesk is the one-stop shop for all of your IT-related needs. It is a barebones helpdesk system aimed at individuals and small businesses.

Roadmap

  • Create framework.
  • Create database creation on install script.
  • Create assigned user view
  • Create application administrator portal
  • User profile: add support for other IDPs
