Closed requests that you are subscribed to should not appear on any page

Is it worth having both get_open_subscribed_requests() and get_closed_subscribed_requests() or do we only need the open ones?

Should only need open ones however it might be worth having get_open and get_closed etc. for those who need to monitor and audit SLA
