Reopening #52

Describe the bug
The close action doesn't work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to request page
Click on 'Close the request'
See error after being redirected to home page
Expected behavior
Request should be closed and should disappear from the home page.

Unable to do this due to how SQL and ENUM works. @AlexanderEDavis currently investigating options

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
