Describe the bug
The subscribed requests list on the home page is now broken.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the home page
  2. See error

Expected behavior
Should list subscribed requests.

  • Browser: Firefox
  • Version: 79.0

Additional context
I've just done some code refactoring and moved the SQL tasks to callable functions in prereqs.php.
