Should we include a link to the github page in the admin area? Should sysadmins want to contribute?

That would be a good idea. Either that or we use a form where submissions can be converted into issues.

I was thinking more like a link to github and a separate link to report a bug. Do we have any api already that can create an issue via a web form yet?

GitHub has an API, but we can also use an IFTTT webhook if we need to.
